Job Summary
Nutra Blend is an industry leader in manufacturing and distributing quality vitamin, trace mineral, micro-ingredients and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry.
SHIFT: 3rd Shift; 11:00 pm to 7:30 am M‑F
PAY: $20.96/hr. + shift differential.
Production OperatorThe Production Operator is the front-line employee who performs the manufacturing processes that add value and quality to the inputs and create the final high-quality final products. In all stages of production safety, attention to detail, a quality and sanitation focus, and efficiency are key to the success of the operation.
Required Experience- 6 plus months of manufacturing experience required
- Basic computer skills
- Age: 18 years or older
- Comprehension:
Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions. - Critical Thinking:
Using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of solutions. - Safety:
Ensuring the complete physical safety of oneself and coworkers at all times. - Time Management:
Showing up on time, reliably completing tasks by the deadline, adapting to changes. - Coordination:
Working well with others to meet team goals and adjusting to important changes. - Active Learning:
Understanding implications of new information for problem‑solving. - Active Listening:
Giving full attention to what others are saying, asking questions as appropriate.
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling.
- Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
- Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present.
- Shift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime.
