Position: Full Time - Mid Level

Reports Directly To: Store Director, Assistant Store Director, Grocery Manager, Starbucks Director

Team Objective: Pyramid Foods supports local communities and provides quality food and service at the best prices. In this friendly and flexible environment, you will help deliver outstanding service and high-quality Starbucks beverages in a clean, welcoming atmosphere.

Daily Operations:

• Provide exceptional service in a warm, welcoming atmosphere
• Accurately prepare drinks according to Starbucks specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Starbucks kiosk
• Stock supplies from storage
• Keep counters and tables clean for customers
• Ensure the kiosk is ready for the next shift
• Complete weekly reports, merchandising, scheduling, and inventory tasks

Company Standards:

• Train team members to Starbucks qualifications and stay updated on product knowledge
• Complete Starbucks Initial and Advanced Store Training
• Adhere to product shelf life guidelines
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies
• Follow dress code and wear name tags

Physical Requirements:

• Lift boxes up to 60 lbs. occasionally
• Exert 25-60 lbs. force frequently
• Stand, move, lift, carry, push, and pull as needed
• Use knives and sharp instruments safely

This role involves medium work requiring good vision, hearing, and physical stamina, including standing and moving on potentially slippery floors.
