Position Details:

• Bakery Deli Manager - Full Time, Mid-Level Store.
• Directs all Bakery Deli Employees.

Pyramid Foods Team Objective: Supporting local communities and providing quality food and service at the best prices. As a leader, you will help deliver outstanding service in a clean, friendly environment, focusing on high-quality bakery and deli foods.

Daily Operations:

• Providing exceptional service and expert knowledge of bakery and deli goods.
• Maintaining cleanliness and proper signage in the Bakery Deli Department.
• Managing inventory, salad and hot case, and working with the Pricing Coordinator to ensure accurate pricing.
• Scheduling staff, completing orders, monitoring sales and labor, and managing credits from vendors.

Company Standards:

• Training staff in safe food handling and developing team skills.
• Following safety guidelines and reporting safety issues.
• Adhering to department policies, including dress code and training requirements.
• Staying updated with the latest industry training and maintaining good communication across departments.

Physical and Basic Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs., stand for extended periods, and handle sharp instruments safely. The role involves physical activity including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and working on potentially slippery floors.
