Your role in the store is to provide prompt, courteous delivery of floral orders.

• Providing exceptional service to all clientele.
• Possess good communication skills, phone etiquette, and driving skills.
• Maintain a clean driving record; CDL if applicable.
• Show time management skills, dependability, and basic automotive maintenance skills.
• Maintain a clean vehicle, check daily for issues, keep a driving log of all deliveries.
• Have basic directional skills, map reading, and knowledge of delivery areas.

• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and training policies.
• Maintain clear communication with other departments.
• Follow all company policies including dress code and wearing a name tag.

Ability to lift 50 lb. boxes occasionally, exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently, and 10-20 lbs. constantly. Must have dexterous use of both hands, stand, move about various workstations, and work on slippery floors. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items, and use knives and sharp instruments in food preparation.
