This is an entry-level job at store level. The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Liquor Manager in providing quality products to customers in a clean, friendly environment.
Reports Directly ToLiquor Department Manager
Major Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service
- Greet and thank every customer
- Assist the Liquor Manager in daily duties
- Comply with all company standards and policies
- Assist in receiving trucks and organizing stock
- Follow safety guidelines and report safety issues
- Rotate stock items regularly
- Use markdown coupons for close-dated products
- Properly use merchandising areas to promote sales
Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes occasionally and exert force frequently. Able to stand, move, lift, carry, push, and pull items. Capable of using knives and sharp instruments safely. Must have good vision and hearing, and work on potentially slippery floors.
