Stand-By Personnel is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support operations for our client in Neosho, MO.

. The Electrical Maintenance Technician will be a hands‑on problem solver with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, working to keep equipment and systems running at peak performance.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical processing equipment
  .
• Conduct regular inspections to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime.
• Support line startups and make equipment adjustments for optimal performance.
• Assist in developing and executing preventative maintenance schedules.
• Perform facility maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, and painting
  .
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following company policies.
• Adapt to additional responsibilities as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required
  ; college coursework preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (chains, gears, bearings, etc.).
• Proven experience with electrical and mechanical processing equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
