Seasonal Tree Lot

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Demonstrate the S.A.L.E.S. process to engage customers effectively.
• Promote the Ace Rewards program and current promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

• Assist with receiving, stocking, and pricing merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Set up and maintain product displays and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock Trees as needed.
• Participate in daily huddles and store meetings.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist in training and mentoring new associates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing Trees for bailer and loading onto customers vehicles.
• Sweep ground daily for needles and branches from trees.
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Clean store equipment
• Load/unload
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently; up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Perform tasks that require bending, reaching, and stooping
