Location: Neptune City

Are you an experienced leader who is bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoys keeping a team organized and productive? We are looking for a dependable Group Leader to oversee daily operations, coordinate employee schedules and breaks, distribute equipment, and complete reporting for a busy operation in Neptune, NJ.

Responsibilities of the Group Leader:

Manage daily employee schedules and coordinate staffing coverage.
Organize and monitor employee break schedules to maintain workflow.
Distribute machines and equipment to employees as needed.
Monitor daily operations and help ensure employees are following assigned procedures.
Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records.
Communicate with employees and management regarding staffing, scheduling, and operational needs.
Provide leadership and support to the team throughout the shift.

Requirements for the Group Leader:

Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Previous leadership, supervisory, team lead, or management experience required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable using computers and completing reports.
Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
Must be flexible with a rotating schedule and occasional morning training.

Schedule & Compensation:

The Group Leader will work a rotating schedule between 6:30 AM and 7:00 PM
.

Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday
Schedule rotates weekly.
1 week Training may be scheduled Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM before transitioning to the regular rotating schedule.
Pay: $23.00per hour
Weekly pay.
