This position requires a schedule of 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM with three 12-hour shifts and every other weekend required.

Job Description
The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. The role includes planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care based on patient needs, as well as managing patient care and performing therapeutic nursing interventions.
Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments based on patient needs and physician diagnoses.

• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care.

• Document care according to standards of practice and patient acuity.

• Advocate for evidence-based practices in care delivery.

• Provide patient-centric care in line with professional nursing practice.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of two years of experience in acute adult oncology, specializing in leukemia & lymphoma in an inpatient setting.

• Current BLS certification from AHA.

• Active NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
