** - Are you passionate about providing exceptional patient care in the exciting field of oncology? - As a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in oncology, you will play a crucial role in evaluating patients and assisting physicians with their care.

* Key Responsibilities:
** - Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and prioritize care.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans through ongoing assessments.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage comprehensive patient care.
- Advocate for evidence-based practices to enhance care delivery and promote patient-centric approaches.
- Document care standards based on clinical priorities and patient acuity.
- Collaborate effectively within the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Embrace additional duties as assigned, contributing to a dynamic nursing environment.

* Experience:
** Minimum of 2 years in acute adult oncology, specifically in leukemia and lymphoma, within an inpatient setting.
- ** Hard
Skills:
** - Proficient in IV skills, telemetry, and chemotherapy administration.
- Solid background in oncology nursing.

* Soft Skills:
** - Demonstrate empathy and compassion in patient interactions.
** Education & Licensure:**
- ** Required
Education:
** Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).
- *
* Preferred Education:
** Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- ** Required Certifications & Licensure:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA Certified.
- New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
- ** Preferred Certifications & Licensure:** - Telemetry certification.
- Chemotherapy certification with ONS.
** Schedule Notes:** - Work on the RN Med-Onc/Leukemia unit from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 3 shifts per week.
- Weekends and holidays may be required as needed.
- Flexibility to float to other units as needed is expected.
