We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to support one of our Neston Services. This service provides intensive support to individuals within a residential setting providing care on a one-to-one basis to enhance general life skills.

• To ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to the people.
• To lead a team of support workers to establish and maintain a high standard of care practice within the Residential Services.
• Ensure an effective, responsive, caring and safe service for the individuals we support.
• Actively promote an autism-specific culture through effective work practices and identify any additional support needs.
• To ensure accurate records and reporting systems.

The postholder will assist the Operational Service Manager to provide sound leadership and day to day running of the staff team to deliver a person-centered service and deliver innovative strategies to meet the needs of our People. The role involves first line leadership to our care heroes to achieve lifelong careers with the Charity. The successful candidate will be able to find solutions to ensure care is placed at the very heart of our services delivery while maintaining our reputational values and regulatory compliance.

• Experience as a Team Leader or similar leadership role in residential care settings.
• Creative and proactive with excellent communication and compassionate skills to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage and support staff, ensure care standards, and maintain accurate records.
• Willingness to work a 3-week rolling rota (7.30am to 10pm) and provide management cover across weekends as part of contracted hours.
