As a Support Worker with Autism Together, your day-to-day will be dynamic and deeply rewarding. You'll work with in a supportive team to empower autistic individuals, helping them navigate daily life and achieve their personal goals. This involves creating and implementing personalised care plans, assisting with activities from personal care at home to appointments and community outings. Within our Services, our hours run on varying shift patterns of 7.45am - 9.45pm and 8am - 10pm to be discussed at interview.
