We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Technical Support Services Contract Manager to lead the delivery and governance of a strategically important technical support services contract within the UK defence and national security community.
This is a high-profile leadership role based full-time on-site in Corsham, working directly with customer stakeholders, technical specialists and senior business leaders to ensure the successful delivery of a complex support services contract. The role is responsible for contract performance, customer satisfaction, financial management, governance, risk management and resource planning.
Security Requirements- Be a Sole British National
- Be capable of attaining and maintaining Developed Vetting (DV) clearance
- Be willing to undergo all necessary security vetting and screening processes
- Be able to work within highly secure Government and Defence environments
- Be willing to work full-time on-site in Corsham, Wiltshire
- Be willing and able to travel across the UK and to the USA

Key Responsibilities- Lead the successful delivery of technical support services to the customer.
- Act as the primary customer interface for contractual and operational matters.
- Manage contract performance against agreed objectives, service levels and contractual commitments.
- Deliver effective governance through progress reviews, contract reviews and annual management reviews.
- Produce high-quality reports covering technical performance, financial performance, staffing, contractual matters and health and safety.
- Manage risks, issues, opportunities and improvement initiatives.
- Lead contract tasking, change control and commercial processes.
- Manage contract amendments, financial forecasting and commercial performance.
- Coordinate delivery teams to ensure appropriate capability, capacity and skills are available.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for contract growth.
- Experience managing complex service delivery, support services or defence contracts.
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of governance, reporting and performance management.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting and financial performance.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contract change control.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a secure or regulated environment.
