Field based – Hampshire/South Coast £39,000  Realistic OTE of £45,000 first year (£55,000 thereafter), £5,000 car allowance, Salary sacrifice car scheme, Private healthcare A chance to take proper ownership of your patch, with the freedom to grow it in your own way. You'll pick up an active account base, but the real focus is on what you build from there.

There's enough structure to keep things clear, without being overbearing. You'll spend your time with dealers, not dashboards, having commercial conversations that translate into revenue. It's a role for someone who's comfortable being out in the field, managing their own time, and working towards targets that actually mean something. Strong performers tend to do well here, because they're given the space to.

The support is there when you need it, but you'll be trusted to get on with the job. If you're used to working autonomously and prefer a role where output matters more than process, this fits. What you'll be doing Managing and developing a portfolio of automotive dealer accounts across your region Driving new business through prospecting, negotiation, and tailored commercial deals Delivering product demonstrations that convert into long-term revenue Supporting and coaching clients to improve performance and maximise product uptake What you'll need to bring Proven field sales experience, ideally within automotive or a related sector Strong negotiation skills with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets Ability to work independently and manage your own territory Clear, confident communication style with clients at all levels Who they are They're a growing provider of warranty solutions to the automotive sector, known for delivering flexible products that work commercially for their clients.
