TBK Group zoekt een Senior Backoffice Medewerker die de commerciële binnendienst ondersteunt vanaf offerte tot levering. Je verwerkt offerteaanvragen, verkooporders en bewaakt levertijden, en stemt tijdig af met leveranciers en interne collega’s.
Je deelt betrokkenheid bij transporten en controleert documenten, zodat klanten tijdig worden bediend. Je zorgt voor tijdige (deel) facturatie en verwerkt facturen in klantportalen, met aandacht voor aantallen en prijzen.
