Je stuurt uitvoerders en onderaannemers aan en begeleidt jonge collega's naar zelfstandig uitvoerderschap. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de technische en financiële voortgang van het project, zorgt voor optimale inzet van mensen en middelen
