Een specialist in voertuigbeveiliging in Lijnden zoekt een Customer Care Specialist. In deze rol ben je de schakel tussen techniek en klanttevredenheid. Je helpt installateurs met technische vragen, test systemen en zorg voor een correcte administratieve afwikkeling. Voor deze functie heb je minimaal MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau en bij voorkeur 1 jaar ervaring in klantenservice. Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels is vereist.
