In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van retouraanvragen en het beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail. Daarnaast werk je met verschillende systemen en onderhoud je contact met vervoerders. We zoeken iemand die oplossingsgericht is en communicatief sterk.
