Nedflex in De Goorn zoekt een Teamleider Customer Service die klantrelaties versterkt en het service-niveau verhoogt. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coachen en ontwikkelen van het Customer Service Team, terwijl je tegelijkertijd zorgt voor optimale klantbeleving.
Als ideale kandidaat heb je minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol en HBO-niveau. Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, een groeimindset en ziet kansen voor verbetering. Wij bieden een uitdagende functie met een salaris tussen de €3.527 – €4.018, 25 vakantiedagen en meer!
