Een e-commerce bedrijf in de agrarische sector is per direct op zoek naar een Customer Service Employee voor Frankrijk. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van klantvragen via social media, e-mail en telefoon, en zorg je voor klanttevredenheid. Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in klantenservice, spreekt Frans als moedertaal, en hebt kennis van de Franse cultuur.
Het betreft een fulltime functie met een marktconform salaris tussen €2.600 en €3.300 per maand.
