Location: Overloon
Rexen Headhunting & Recruitment zoekt een Customer Service Specialist Duits taal voor Overloon (32–40 uur). Je werkt in eenTeam van acht collega’s en onderhoudt relaties met Benelux-klanten en Duitsland, als eerste aanspreekpunt voor orders en projecten.
Je beheerst Nederlands, Engels en Duits en hebt HBO-niveau met >1 jaar ervaring in klantenservice of commercie. Tijdens het proces gebruik je MS Office en CRM-apps (Salesforce/Dynamics zijn een pre).
