Condor Group zoekt een Medewerker Customer Support die als eerste aanspreekpunt fungeert voor klanten. Je beheert serviceaanvragen, registreert vragen en coördineert interne acties samen met verschillende afdelingen voor een uitstekende klanttevredenheid.
Je werkzaamheden omvatten het beheren van klantcontact, afhandelen van klachten en proactieve communicatie over status. Een MBO 4/ HBO-opleiding of relevante ervaring is gewenst, evenals Engelse (vereist) en Duits (pré) taalvaardigheden.
