Van der Garde Tuinmeubelen zoekt een Klantenservice Medewerker voor 32 tot 40 uur per week. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en helpt via telefoon, mail en chat met vragen over producten, leveringen en garantie.
Je verwerkt bestellingen, meldt ze aan bij de vervoerder, voert track en trace codes in en zorgt dat leveringen op tijd aankomen. Je denkt mee, belt bij problemen en zoekt oplossingen met het team.
