Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Do you want to learn how to make an e-learning for our volunteers-
Location: Den Dolder

Do you want to learn how to make an e-learning for our volunteers?

The Y Camps Foundation is looking for volunteers aged 14‑27 who would like to help us create e‑learning modules for our volunteers.

We want to convert existing training courses into e‑learning themes such as camp management, group dynamics, safe at camp, etc.

Activities
  • Convert an existing training into an e‑learning. Decide which parts can remain, which are not suitable, or which shape would be better.
  • Ultimately create the e‑learning itself. The training must be put into PowerPoint and made suitable for digital use.
  • Create a PowerPoint template that anyone can use for making the e‑learning.
What do you get from us
  • Good guidance
  • PowerPoint training
  • On December 21 you can follow a training on how to make e‑learning in PowerPoint. The following topics are covered during the training:
    • Work faster and smarter with PowerPoint.
    • How do you keep it interesting for the participant without being there?
    • Add text, recorded sound, videos, photos, visuals and animations (basic).
    • Adding assignments and quizzes.
    • Giving the participant control over the e‑learning: the participant can decide for himself whether to repeat something again or whether to go to the next chapter.
    • You meet nice new people.
    • Possibilities to gain experience in various areas (administrative, organising, guiding young people, etc.)
Required knowledge and skills

Age 14‑27, experience with PowerPoint, affinity for creating e‑learning, and openness to learning new things.

Y Camps organizes 30 summer camps annually for children who need extra attention, such as refugees, children with diabetes, children with mild behavioural disorders, and children from families with less financial capacity. These camps are supervised by volunteers.
