Je coacht collega’s, geeft tips en bespreekt verbeteringen met team en ouders. Er is ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling, intervisie en een uitgebreid opleidingsprogramma, met een 8% eindejaarsuitkering en PFZW-pensioenen.
