About the role:

As a T&H Test Engineer, you will independently conduct Temperature and Humidity testing of products and sub-assemblies using standardized IEC test methods. You will play a crucial role in product development and life-cycle management, ensuring efficient and dependable testing processes. Your expertise will contribute to continual improvement and compliance within our laboratory environment. You will join a team of 5 compliance testers, responsible for a variety of testing competences (including EMC, IP, S&V, T&H, and Dimensional measurements).

The team is responsible for the quality of laboratory work, including QMS and improvements related to laboratory activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, process, and align test/measurement requests with internal project teams. Plan your work and oversee scheduling of equipment and facilities. Prepare test setups or assist project teams as needed.

Execute tests on a wide range of products using standardized methods. Generate comprehensive ISO
17025 accredited test reports.

Perform routine maintenance, verification, and troubleshooting on measurement equipment. Conduct internal and external calibration to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Assist engineers in development projects with testing or testing-related questions. Align test requirements and expectations with internal customers.

Recommend and implement improvements to testing procedures and templates. Propose enhancements related to cost, quality, efficiency, planning, and equipment utilization.

Provide timely updates on the status and progress of ongoing and planned work. Maintain a clean and safe work environment conducive to testing activities
