S&Z Consultancy zoekt een Directievoerder / Toezichthouder Civiele Techniek in Oude Pekela. Je zal toezicht houden op civieltechnische projecten die vallen onder het Water- en Rioleringsplan. De rol vereist minimaal 5 jaar ervaring en een mbo+ opleiding in Civiele Techniek.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteitsbewaking, kostencontrole, en het aansturen van aannemers. Ervaring met RAW-systematiek en gemeentelijke organisaties is een pré.
