Logistics Process Engineer
Are you ready to work in a dynamic, international environment where you optimize logistics processes and design scalable, future‑proof solutions? In this role you will contribute to customer implementations, migrations, and process improvements across Europe.

Responsibilities
As a logistics process engineer you will analyze, design, and optimize logistics processes within the European region. You translate customer requirements for implementations, migrations, and optimizations into efficient process designs that are scalable and standardized. You design logistics workflows, warehouse layouts, and material flows that support the optimal operation of the organization, while substantiating decisions regarding picking strategies, storage methods, repacking, and shipping processes.

Describe business needs that must be fulfilled, regardless of the customer’s location.

Design and optimize logistics workflows and operational structures with a focus on globalization and standardization.

Design warehouse layouts that operate efficiently worldwide, including hardware setup and determining the optimal flow of products, employees, and equipment.

Illustrate various process flows, including capacity requirements, that can be globally applied and optimized for each region.

Qualifications

A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a similar field.

At least 3 years of experience in logistics process design, WMS implementations, and/or migrations.

Analytical skills and experience with process modeling (BPMN, etc.).

Experience with project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong communication skills and a solution‑oriented mindset.
