Louwers Hanique in Hapert zoekt een Lead Engineer R&D om complexe ontwikkelprojecten te leiden die zich richten op de hightech industrie. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ontwikkelen van nieuwe producten en processen in samenwerking met internationale klanten.
De rol vereist sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden, gecombineerd met een hbo- of wo-opleiding in technische wetenschap. Je bent de schakel tussen technologieontwikkeling en klantgerichtheid binnen een innovatieve omgeving.
Wij bieden een competitief salaris tussen €5000 en €7000 bruto per maand, met flexibele werktijden en opleidingsmogelijkheden.
