Electrical Engineer Research and Development

What will you do?

• As an R&D Engineer, you will develop systems for testing industrial electronics.
• Assist in specifying project requirements.
• Design and build test systems, often with limited technical information.
• Document designs and write user manuals.
• Support other technical departments.
• Conduct in-depth research on the compatibility of electronic components.
• Supervise the implementation of test systems.
• Assist repair departments with troubleshooting when necessary.

• You have at least an MBO 4‑level qualification in electronics.
• Demonstrable experience with analog, digital, and power electronics.
• Strong ability to analyze existing electronic circuits and translate them into schematics.
• Experience designing PCBs.
• In-depth interpretation and evaluation of component specifications.
• Ability to balance perfectionism with pragmatic working.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
