About the role

Je werkt aan het technisch ontwerp van gebouwen, van stadskantoor tot school en van sportcomplex tot verpleeghuis. Afhankelijk van je ervaring krijg je meer begeleiding of volledige vrijheid om je functie vorm te geven.

Responsibilities

Adviseer op het gebied van bouwfysica, inclusief energieprestatie (BENG/EPA), ventilatie, milieuprestatiegebouw (MPG), GPR-gebouw en meer.
Voer klimaatonderzoek en thermische/hygro‑detailbeoordelingen uit.
Controleer naleving van wet- en regelgeving, waaronder het Besluit Bouwwerken Leefomgeving.
Stel rapportages en adviezen op, inclusief berekeningen voor omgevingsvergunningen.
Onderhoud contact met klanten en werk regelmatig op locatie voor onderzoek en advies.

Qualifications

Afgeronde mbo+ of hbo-opleiding in bouwtechniek.
(Brede) bouwfysische kennis en een open, nieuwsgierige houding.
Starter of ervaren — bereidheid om mee te bouwen aan onze plannen.
Can‑do houding; flexibel en proactief.
