Position: (Sr.) MB Testing Engineer
Location: 's-Hertogenbosch

Job Summary
Super Micro Computer B.V. is seeking a (Sr.) test/test engineer who is responsible for test/issues analysis of Supermicro products that meet product quality requirements and shipment deadlines. This position will be located in the EMEA headquarters in ’s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform testing of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) products.

Define and document the process following test requirement for PCBA products testing.

Refine and improve established procedures to advance test methods deployed.

Manage test equipment.

Debug and provide troubleshooting.

Assist in reviewing defects and conduct root cause analysis.

Direct and coach junior staff in data collection and root cause analysis on defects found during the test processes.

Lead the ECO (Engineering Change Order) rework team.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of working experience relevant to the PCBA and motherboard testing environment.

Strong computer knowledge background.

Shell script (Linux) / JavaScript programming is required.

English language skills (reading, speaking, writing) are required.

Responsible, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
