Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist

Location: Katwijk NB

Are you passionate about  Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), quality, and compliance ? Do you want to play a key role in supporting the next generation of advanced aerospace systems?

I'm currently supporting an innovative aerospace organisation that's looking for an  ILS Quality & Compliance Engineer  to help shape and standardise world-class ILS processes across cutting-edge engineering programmes.

The Role
Working alongside senior ILS specialists, you'll support the development and implementation of Integrated Logistics Support methodologies, ensuring compliance throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the implementation of ILS processes, standards, and methodologies

Ensuring compliance with  ASD S-Series standards , including  S1000D, S2000M, and S3000L

Reviewing ILS documentation and deliverables for quality and compliance

Supporting maintenance concepts, support strategies, and lifecycle support activities

Contributing to the development of templates, procedures, and working instructions

Participating in audits, customer reviews, and compliance activities

Working closely with engineering, logistics, and programme teams to improve supportability and product quality

What We're Looking For

Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Defence, Logistics, or a related discipline

1–3 years' experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Supportability Engineering, or Product Support

Knowledge of S1000D, S2000M, and S3000L

Understanding of lifecycle support, maintenance planning, and supportability principles

Experience with in aerospace, defence, or other highly regulated industries

Exposure to UAV or aerospace programmes is advantageous

Familiarity with configuration management is a plus

Strong communication skills and fluent English
