Vattenfall is seeking an O&M Site Coördinator for Offshore Wind in IJmuiden to lead day-to-day operations, coordinate maintenance and drive continuous improvement. You will bridge site operations with planning, engineering, logistics, procurement and external partners to ensure safe, reliable delivery and long-term asset value.
You will work with technicians, specialists and contractors, ensuring work is prepared, coordinated and followed up with care.
