Bureau Techniek zoekt een ervaren BIM-modelleur voor woningbouw en kleinschalige utiliteitsprojecten in Bunschoten-Spakenburg. Je vertaalt technische schema's naar 3D-modellen in Revit en stemt af met werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders.
Daarnaast houd je rekening met ruimte, onderhoudstoegankelijkheid en uitvoerbaarheid, denk je mee over het optimaliseren en automatiseren van werkprocessen en werk je in een hecht team met ruimte voor initiatief.
