Bouwselect zoekt een kostendeskundige GWW om kostenramingen en begrotingen te maken voor civieltechnische projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met ontwerpers, projectleiders en opdrachtgevers en beoordeelt financiële risico's en mogelijke kostenbesparingen.
Daarnaast analyseer je contractstukken en offertes, vragen leveranciers op en draag je bij aan aanbestedingen. Je beschikt over mbo/hbo civiele techniek en hebt affiniteit met infrastructurele projecten en kostenbeheersing.
