As an Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical execution of assigned project scopes, ensuring the highest standards in design, 3D modeling, and engineering documentation. Working closely with project teams, you will play a key role in the manufacturability and feasibility of each yacht, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and refine detailed engineering designs, 3D models, and technical drawings.
Ensure compliance with Class and Flag regulations, as well as internal project specifications.
Conduct technical assessments to guarantee manufacturability and feasibility.
Identify and solve technical bottlenecks, providing solutions and recommendations.
Collaborate with senior engineers, production teams, and project leads to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
As an Engineer you bring:
A Bachelor education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Naval Engineering, Maritime Technology or related study.
2-5 years of work experience in Engineering in Shipbuilding.
Relevant software knowledge 3D Auto Cad and preferably Siemens NX, Team centre and Cadmatic.
Good command of the English language (verbal and written).
Knowledge of shipbuilding production and the construction process. Being able to be the linking pin between production and drawings.
You’re accurate by nature and have a high standard when it comes to delivering the quality and results.
Job requirements:
A Bachelor education in Interior Design or related study.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience as an Engineer in Shipbuilding.
Relevant software knowledge of Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
Good command of the English language (verbal and written).
Knowledge from and experience with hull engineering, exterior engineering, moving equipment and equipment integration.
Insight into systems on board and weight and budgeting.
Deep technical insight into yacht building and production and construction processes.
You’re analytical by nature and have a high standard when it comes to delivering quality and results.
You have knowledge of production within yacht - or shipbuilding.
