Een zorginstelling in Gelderland zoekt een enthousiaste wijkverpleegkundige voor de dorpen Overasselt, Nederasselt en Heumen. Je biedt hoogwaardige, persoonsgerichte zorg aan cliënten en werkt nauw samen met huisartsen en andere zorgprofessionals. Een gediplomeerd HBO verpleegkundige en BIG registratie zijn vereist. Je ontvangt een jaarcontract voor 32 uur per week, met salaris tussen €3.384 en €4.659, afhankelijk van ervaring. Flexibiliteit en ontwikkelmogelijkheden worden geboden.
