Een zorginstelling in Nederland zoekt een enthousiaste transferverpleegkundige voor 20-24 uur per week. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de overdracht van patiënten vanuit het ziekenhuis naar huis of andere zorginstellingen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende zorgdiscipines en hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de zorg nodig. Een flexibele werkhouding en uitstekende communicatie zijn essentieel. Bij goed functioneren zijn er mogelijkheden voor een vast dienstverband.
