Een zorgorganisatie in Zeeland zoekt een Verpleegkundige Mbo-niveau 4 om cliënten in hun eigen woonomgeving te ondersteunen en begeleiden. In deze rol monitor je de zorg en werk je samen met een enthousiast team. Je stelt zorgplannen op en versterkt het zelfmanagement van cliënten. Je krijgt een contract voor onbepaalde tijd van 16-20 uur per week, met ruimte voor persoonlijke groei en een aantrekkelijke eindejaarsuitkering.
