Zozorg zoekt een resultaatgerichte MBO Verpleegkundige in Limburg om oudere patiënten te ondersteunen in hun revalidatieproces. Als onderdeel van een multidisciplinair team, speel je een cruciale rol in het herstel van patiënten na ziekenhuisopnames of operaties.
Je zult actief patiënten motiveren en stimuleren, tijdens hun weg terug naar zelfstandigheid. We bieden zowel fulltime als parttime werk met CAO VVT-arbeidsvoorwaarden.
