Je brengt belevingsgerichte zorg in de praktijk en stemt je aanpak af op hun gemoedstoestand. Jij bent de schakel in ons team van zorgprofessionals. De functie is beschikbaar in zowel fulltime als parttime opties, volgens CAO VVT-arbeidsvoorwaarden.
