Zozorg in Simpelveld is op zoek naar een dynamische Verzorgende IG voor de geriatrische revalidatieafdeling. In deze rol ondersteun je oudere patiënten bij hun herstel na ziekenhuisopnames, met als doel om hen weer zelfstandig te maken. Je werkt nauw samen met fysiotherapeuten en ergotherapeuten in een multidisciplinair team.
Je inzet is cruciaal voor het herstelproces van patiënten, waarbij herstelgericht en doelgericht werken centraal staan. Zowel fulltime als parttime mogelijkheden beschikbaar.
