Zozorg in Vaals zoekt een generalistische MBO Verpleegkundige die in de thuissituatie van cliënten werkt. Jouw rol omvat zelfstandig het leveren van hoogwaardige verpleegkundige zorg aan een diverse doelgroep, van ouderen tot palliatieve cliënten.
Je bent het vaste gezicht in de wijk en verstrekt zorgplannen, coördineert zorgmethoden, en werkt creatief in elke thuissituatie. Zowel fulltime als parttime mogelijkheden zijn beschikbaar, met CAO VVT-arbeidsvoorwaarden.
