Zozorg in Landgraaf zoekt een Verzorgende IG voor de geriatrische revalidatiezorg. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het herstelproces van oudere patiënten na een ziekenhuisopname, en helpt hen terug naar zelfstandigheid met geduld en betrokkenheid.
Je werkt fulltime of parttime en samen met fysiotherapeuten en artsen in een multidisciplinair team. Herstelgericht werken en de autonomie van patiënten bevorderen staan centraal in deze rol.
