Werken bij SOVAK zoekt een Begeleider Intensieve Begeleiding in Terheijden om zorg te bieden aan jeugdige cliënten met intensieve hulpvragen. Je coördineert zorg, stelt ondersteuningsplannen op en draagt bij aan het welzijn van cliënten.
Met een team van 900 medewerkers bied je ondersteuning aan 700 cliënten. Hierbij speel je een cruciale rol in het vergroten van de zelfredzaamheid en het welzijn van de cliënten.
Een MBO diploma in zorg en welzijn is vereist, met een aantrekkelijk salaris conform CAO Gehandicaptenzorg.
