Zozorg in Limburg, Beesel zoekt een empathische Verzorgende IG (VIG) voor de psychogeriatrische afdeling. Je zorgt voor ouderen met dementie, waarbij de belevingswereld van de bewoners centraal staat.
In deze rol werk je in verpleeghuizen en pas je belevingsgerichte zorg toe. Je creëert een veilige en vertrouwde omgeving en werkt nauw samen met een team van verpleegkundigen en psychologen. CAO VVT-arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn van toepassing.
