Adhoc Zorgt is op zoek naar een Coördinerend Begeleider voor een vestiging in Soesterberg. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van een team en het ondersteunen van cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking. Je werkt in een mensgerichte omgeving met focus op welzijn en ontwikkeling.
Je moet beschikken over een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Zorg en Welzijn en minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar zijn. Salaris ligt tussen €2.800 en €4.500 bruto per maand bij een fulltime dienstverband, inclusief voordelen zoals een eindejaarsuitkering en reiskostenvergoeding.
