Location: Tweede Exloërmond
Daan zoekt geduldige zorgprofessionals in Drenthe om cliënten met een ernstig meervoudige beperking te begeleiden. Je biedt structuur, veiligheid en aandacht aan cliënten, en stimuleert hen om zoveel mogelijk zelf te doen.
De functie omvat dagelijkse verzorging en begeleiding in een warme omgeving, met ruimte voor activiteiten. Je werkt samen met collega's in een team dat zich inzet voor de beste zorg en begeleiding.
