Your Impact

In this role, you drive the adoption, satisfaction, and growth of the Kaleido product in the Netherlands. You follow up on leads and convert them into active customer accounts, while delivering high‑quality training to end users to increase product knowledge, usage, and overall satisfaction. You actively promote the use of Kaleido by providing product information, training, and tailored solutions to customers.

You build and maintain strong, ethical relationships with healthcare professionals (nurses and physicians) and end users to expand market presence and increase market share.

Additionally, you take ownership of identifying and implementing retention initiatives to ensure long‑term engagement and loyalty of customers.

What You’ll Take On
  • Co‑ordinate, in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing colleagues, product training.
  • Pro‑actively collaborate with the Account Manager and other departments.
  • Support the Training Manager with support and feedback regarding training modules for external customers.
  • Actively promote, manage, and optimise usage of Kaleido product(s) via outbound calling.
  • Provide (mostly online) training of Kaleido product(s) to end users which promotes product knowledge, increases product utilisation that will lead to satisfied users and increases revenue.
  • Focus on helping customers meet their goals.
  • Demonstrate initiative and a level of expertise in use of Kaleido products to serve as a remote resource to HCPs, end users and colleagues.
  • Maintain product, service, and market knowledge.
  • Collaborate and communicate knowledge (e.g. market information, insights, trends, etc.) across the business.
  • Use the company’s IT infrastructure and CRM systems to improve customer insight and ensure effective management reports.
  • Incidentally participate in an on‑call rota to ensure a 24 h availability of the technical product support.
  • Facilitate the legal and regulatory controls required of a medical device.
  • Proactively report improvements about workflow/procedures of the sales department.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, legal and all company policies and procedures.
  • Remain friendly and professional towards customers and stakeholders.
  • Accomplish goals by accepting ownership; exploring opportunities and utilising good technical and problem‑solving skills to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Ensure work is undertaken within defined timescales and with a high level of accuracy.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision as well as the ability to work closely with other departments and key stakeholders.
What You Bring
  • A Bachelor’s degree and/or nursing background.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience (commercial/education) in Medical device/Pharmaceutical/Med Tech sector with a proven track record.
  • Affinity with Diabetes Type 1.
  • Demonstrable competence in assessing learning needs and conducting product training.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in using CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self‑training and the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Experienced in applying strong professional ethics and sound judgement.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritise multiple priorities, and address issues in a hands‑on, timeline‑driven environment.
